     Updated the README to provide more clarity as to how to link
     genes to external URLs in GeneXplorer.

     Modified makeMicroarrayDataset.pl to allow a user to provide a
     correlation cutoff.

     Modified correlations.c to not limit the number of correlations
     to output for a given gene.
